Client is looking for a .NET/C# Developer for a 3 mo contract-to-hire
opportunity in their Westmont location. C# 4.0 coded against SQL 2008 R2,
Only looking for W2 Candidates as well.

*Responsibilities:
*Modify, repair, and expand existing programs, applications, and systems to
correct errors, increase efficiency, and upgrade interface
Analyze system complexity, prepare feasibility studies that specify
solutions, and identify costs
Assess technologies and create innovative technical specifications and data
models for internal application development
Prepare detailed flowcharts, tables, diagrams, and programming
specifications to analyze business problems for computer applications
Prepare user and application documentation for new and revised system
implementation and performance
Document environment configuration for local hardware configuration and
wide area backbone network
Plan, document, and test hardware and software implementations, analyzing
system generation and configurations
Collaborate with personnel from user departments to determine needs, scope,
and priorities of systems development projects
Provide technical training and guidance to user-depart¬ment staff in
requirements and effectiveness of newly implemented technologies
Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools

Qualifications:
*5-8 yrs experience in full life cycle development utilizing C#, .Net and
SQL Server 2008 or higher
Must have experience in developing with Visual Studio and Winforms
Proven ability to be highly organized; multi-tasking and flexible
Strong written, verbal and comprehension communications a must
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with
management and user-department personnel when gathering and exchanging
information related to systems processing needs
Works on problems and projects of diverse scope, which requires
originality, ingenuity, and in-depth analysis
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and
procedures
Most be a self-starter; ability to take on complex projects with little
direction; as well as a team player attributes
Proven ability to effectively interface with management and user-
department personnel and to translate information into computer system
specifications, design program logic for computer application, write
computer codes, and the like
