*Job Description:* Has expertise in Loadrunner - Coordinate functional activities of system integration testers participating on cross-functional teams for specific Product Development efforts. Ensure that unit and integration tests developed internal to each specific product development group and across multiple cross-functional teams all roll-up to provide full system and interface testing coverage prior to system delivery and implementation to clients. Provide automated reporting of tests and test results from regular builds that allow for quantitative tracking of project quality and completeness. Oversee compliance of engineers with architecture, best practices, and coding standards through testing and audits and as a reviewer of those documents and artifacts. Oversee audit of compliance of implementation with specification through automated test suite. Interface to the developers, analysts, and end users. Qualifications: 1. Superb knowledge of LoadRunner. Must be able to work with many different protocols, systems/equipment monitoring, troubleshooting errors and understanding transaction failures. 2. Demonstrated skill in creating LoadRunner scripts at the API level, rather than just record and playback. 3. Creative problem solver who can recommend methods of testing various types of applications. 4. Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards and application performance. 5. Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time while following a formal process. This is a position for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for troubleshooting complex problems. 6. Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of multiple projects and requests. Project management experience preferred. 7. Strong experience in technical documentation. 8. Strong experience in Quick Test Pro. 9. Persuasive ability to explain to people the value in performance testing. 10.
