Role: Sr Performance Engineer Duration: 12 months**** Location: Marlborough MA**** Rate: Open **** *Locals first preference. ***** *Qualifications:***** - Solid experience in software testing with an emphasis on creating and maintaining performance tests. **** - Extensive experience using HP LoadRunner **** - Experience with HP Quality Center and or Application Lifecycle Management. **** - Testing methodologies and test plan/test case development. **** - Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) experience strongly preferred but not a must. **** - Test automations skills preferred but not mandatory **** - Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results. **** - Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed. **** - Strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. **** - Strong organizational skills ; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment. **** - Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions. ** ** - Strong attention to detail. **** *Education and Experience:***** - B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, related field or combined equivalent experience. **** - 5-7 + years of experience with Quality Assurance performance testing -- Regards Siva Kumar Sr.Resource Manager [email protected] 33 Boston Post Road West, STE 160, Marlborough, MA.
