to provide leadership and direction to the ETL development team. Should
have Strong experience in data migration or conversion projects and

· Understand the requirements and define the Data Conversion
Strategy.
· Provide Data conversion architecture solution
· Analyze data mapping documents
· Prepare and review technical mapping documents for extraction &
transformation
· Co-ordinate with data Lead
· Should have strong analysis and design skills
· Should have Strong oral and written communications skills.
