*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities: *

·         Identify and articulate customer issues and translate them into
business requirements or data metrics.

·         Lead workshops, interviews and other information gathering
activities specifically to derive process structure and measures

·         Develop in-depth knowledge of the customers operations and
assigned functional areas.

·         Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for
improving processes in operating systems

·         Act as a liaison between business units and data warehouse team
relative to operational processes and supporting data.

·         Perform return on investment analysis for proposed changes to aid
management in making implementation decisions.

·         Develop new or improved processes based on findings and analysis.

·         Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications –
verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff,
and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.

·         Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to
provide direction to various levels of information consumers.

·         Develop plans and timeframes for process changes in order to
support company objectives.

*Qualifications*

·         College degree in the field of computer science or information
technology

·         5+ years Business Process Analyst work experience

·         Familiar with architecture and process modeling tools

·         Proven experience with business and technical requirements
analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and
data modeling

·         Must have experience coordinating business users, technical
staff, and architects to help analyze and define future needs and
operations based upon  use case and architectural analysis of alternatives

·         In-depth knowledge of business process design and re-engineering

·         Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements
gathering sessions

·         Ability to review and write technical documents

·         Familiar with Six Sigma and Lean preferred

·         Knowledgeable about ITIL preferred

·         Experience participating in the design, development, and
implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

·         Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into
systems issues and products as required.

·         Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.

·         Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving
skills.

·         Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral
communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under
pressure.

·         Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
and Visio

·         Strong customer service orientation.
