Job Requirements Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support of SQL Server DBMS software. Provide database support and expertise required to ensure successful operation of SQL Server application systems. This includes but is not limited to; Assistance, monitoring and performance tuning, disaster recovery support, space management, patching, incident/problem management, consulting and change request coordination on Microsoft SQL Server existing on the Windows environment. Will use appropriate languages and tools to provide immediate problem resolution and, if necessary, problem escalation. Individual will be required to perform assigned tasks forwarded by application database teams. This individual will not be responsible for IT Infrastructure, or application development/design.
