Augmentation staff will be used in various capacities as-needed for the successful completion of the project. Target completion date is September 30, 2013. Objectives Assist project team with successful upgrade and deployment of 600 desktop and laptop PCs. Assist project team with testing applications on Windows 7, researching and troubleshooting issues, working with project team to remediate Assist project team with any project related tasks, as assigned, to ensure project is successfully completed. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum four years experience with PC Operating systems, applications, configuration, support and troubleshooting, including the majority of the following:. In depth Windows XP PC operating system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support In depth Windows 7 PC operating system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support PC Support/Help Desk/Service Desk/Customer Service Experience Windows 7 upgrade/migration experience Experience with building and supporting Group Policy Objects. Experience with MS Active Directory administration PC Application installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support MS Visual Basic 6 application development, testing, installation, support. MS Visual Basic 6 code maintenance, bug fixing, enhancement, PC environment optimization.
