*IVR Consultant* *Dublin, OH* *1+ year contract, long-term * *Interviews: will hire off a phone screen / Skype / WebEx, onsite is highly preferred* *Required Skills:* - Experience supporting IVR – speech recognition, IVR logic (programming) – any IVR vendor is acceptable - Self-starter, independent - Hardware / server experience – feel comfortable patching the server with patches that are atomically downloaded to server - Some experience with telephone systems, specifically involving call routing is desired. - Experience with Avaya telephone system is ideal, but experience with another manufacturer is acceptable. Again, client will accept experience with another manufacturer’s platform. - Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with vendors *Job Description:* - Function as Tier 2/ Tier 3 support for the day-to-day operations of four platforms; IVR, CTI, Work Force Management (WFM), and Quality Monitoring (QM). - The ideal candidate will have experience with the platforms owned and operated by client, but client will accept experience with any other manufacturer’s platform. - The IVR platform is manufactured by Convergys/Edify. CTI is Avaya.
