Please find the complete job description below and let me know if you are interested in pursuing this opportunity any further *Position: Performance Engineer* *Location: Wilmington, DE* *Duration: 6+ months Interview: Phone/skype or F2F for locals* General Information Job Family Description: Accountable for Change Management, Incident and Problem management reporting and analysis, creation and maintenance of Service Level Agreements, management communication, client relationship management with assigned application areas, and/or coordination of multiple staff involved in internal/external customer file transmission implementations. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members as well as overall team management responsibilities. Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies. This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects. Additional Information Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum of 5+ years of Load Runner experience, more experience the better. Must be a senior hands-on Load Runner candidate. Must have worked on the following Load Runner protocols: 1. Web 2. Web services 3. RTE 4. Citrix & Java is a plus Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have experience in collecting user requirements and turning them into Performance Load Strategy Design and Develop automated scripts using Load Runner based on business use cases for the application. Design scenario in Load Runner to evaluate the performance of the application Execute different kinds of performance tests like Load test, stress, volume and endurance tests Analyze the results using Load Runner Analysis and based on analysis identify the bottlenecks, memory leaks ahead of time to help increase application performance.
