FIA is concerned that printed documents may not be available later in case of audit or review and therefore do not want the authorization documents printed. The idea is to have the data entry operators data enter into WMS from an authorization document that is on a screen rather than from a printed document. FIA has requested that these actions be tracked in a new interface that will allow CA/NCA staff to record the need for data entry, create grant authorizations and forward those for data entry once approved. The electronic forms will be automatically imaged and will be separate from the regular case images but remain available for later review/viewing. Lastly, FIA is hoping to have this data entry handled in a central location. *Candidates should also have the following professional skills:*** *Required Skills* Minimum 6-8 Years’ Experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access. Minimum 6-8 Years’ Experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation. Minimum 6-8 Years Exposure to environments including but not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, laptops.
