Job Title: Data Warehouse Architect
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration: 6+ Months with strong potential extensions*
*Job Description:*
The ability to lead and facilitate in-depth discussions with client
executives and senior leadership
The ability to identify and document short and long term business
challenges that are well-suited to a data warehouse solution
The ability to work closely with the warehouse team to architect solutions
into current and future phases of the warehouse project
The ability to educate and inform business leadership about the methods and
advantages of data warehousing, and how warehousing tools can provide new
methods and opportunities for reporting and business intelligence efforts
Functional knowledge of the business of child support services, including
but not limited to, knowledge of the fundamentals of case establishment and
case enforcement; administrative and judicial authorities; participant
locate methods; data matching; and the establishment and management of
child support obligations
*Qualifications: *
Knowledge of Child Support data warehouse and business intelligence
projects conducted in other states/jurisdictions
In-depth knowledge of industry standard data warehousing principles and
methodologies
Knowledge of, and ability to apply formal disciplines related to meeting
facilitation and requirements gathering
*Expected Deliverables: *
Identify opportunities to implement short-term projects that demonstrate
the value and flexibility of warehousing technologies
Identify additional projects that can be implemented in future warehouse
phases
