*Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Payroll Location: Albany, NY Duration: 6 Months* Functional PeopleSoft Payroll. Must have knowledge of IRS, New York State, New York City taxation rules; must have ability to perform fit/gap analysis on business processes against the state and federal regulations; must have ability to perform a system fit/gap analysis on the use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality and have the ability to recognize internal control weaknesses.
