*Job Description:* HRIS Analyst: Assist with business design requirements, test case creation and execution. Identifies cutover items and resolution for deployment pof change. Participates in conversiion of data to new system. Participates in day to day HR employee support functions, maintains internal database files and tables. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.
