Engineer for technical deliverables on small to enterprise size Infrastructure Service Delivery or Client projects reporting directly to assigned Project Manager, or staff resource responsible for completing assigned deliverables on large scale global projects reporting directly to the Infrastructure Service Delivery Technical/Team Lead. Responsible for producing Infrastructure Service Delivery deliverables meeting or exceeding benchmarks for quality and performance in accordance with the project timeline and budget. Responsible for maintaining effective and consistent communication within subteam, within broader team, within IE peer teams, and with the resources in other IT groups. Proactively raise issues to Team Leads when necessary. Provides Level 4 support to Operations in the field of expertise. .NET, Oracle, Websphere, etc.) Technical environment: Active Directory and related technologies SME: Complex, multiple domain Active Directory infrastructure, including FIM and Oracle Identity Manager provisioning systems, migration to hybrid O365/on-prem global mail system in progress. Siteminder and related technologies SME: •¿Complex, hybrid R6 and R12 Siteminder WAM infrastructure, presently being migrated to a redesigned global R12.51 infrastructure.
