Here is the description for the QA.
The key is to find someone with development experience AND QA experience.
Basically we need a Sr QA Engineer with the following traits
Strong SQL skills
Some cursory coding experience(C#, VB and Java are preferable. Open to
other languages as well)
Strong team player
Strong technical skills
Great communication
Ability to interact with Business and Developers
Ability to automate redundant tasks and come up with streamlined approaches
to testing
Ability to create Test Plans, Test Strategies and Testcases
SQL queries--complex....
Go to white board and draw tables....then start connecting/interacting.
