Job Title: SharePoint c# developer Location: Detroit,MI Duration: 3+ months contract Client: Pulte Project Overview: Pulte’s current intranet site was upgraded in 2007/2008. Individual sites were configured using Microsoft SharePoint 2007. Basic web-parts have been developed, administered and populated by representatives from each of the functional departments, including, but not limited to Accounting, Tax, Finance, HR and Corporate Communications. The purpose of this project is to work collaboratively with the Pulte Human Resources (HR) department to rebrand and redesign the current look and feel of the portal specific to HR. Various types of content have been developed by the HR team; most of which is made available for Pulte employees throughout each of Pulte’s market offices across the United States. Other documents, not intended for employee use are stored and secured on local file/print servers. The new HR Portal will enable end users/employees to access all relevant HR information by employing content reorganization and a streamlined user interface. Requirements are currently being discussed and defined and will be reviewed with development resources prior to commence a formal design and development approach. Responsibilities: Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Meet with key Information Services and Business stakeholders as needed to provide input on design and presentation best practices As requested, develop and present mock-up’s / wire frame for review and acceptance by key stakeholders. Must be knowledgeable with design, development and configuration practices using Microsoft SharePoint – version 2007 and above. Must be able to work collaboratively with project team resources representing various functional responsibilities within the HR department (Home Office – Bloomfield and Field locations) Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to deliver assignments on time with excellent quality. Activities will consist of both development and design review meetings with the business.
