Position: Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6 months contract Client: Xcel Energy Job Description: Work in a team environment to create client business requirements documentation related to the migration and Enterprise roll out of SharePoint 2013 Work with the Business Systems Team to aggregate existing surveys, interviews notes and third party findings into a Business Requirements Document BRD) format. Collaborate with Project Team members, Business areas, Business Systems partners, outside Vendors and other stakeholders to identify customer requirements, assess impact to other systems, consider available alternatives, and recommend solutions. This individual must have the ability to adapt quickly to a project that is in flight and in a non-static environment. Responsibilities focus on driving requirements and deliverables related to Enterprise 2013 and Social Collaboration capabilities, business standards, policies, processes, integrated data requirements, unified communications, cyber security, information governance and admin support.
