Providing financial and service quality governance Ensuring continuous service improvement and cost effectiveness Ensure group standards and policies are met while delivering to local business requirements Minimizing operational risks to service and cost Implementation and maintenance of global standards for processes, toolsets and methodologies Design, deliver and maintain Mobility support models for Zurich end users and execs in both BYOD and Corporate scenarios Provide SME services for major incident and change management processes. Perform a broad and challenging variety of work which is non-routine and at times unpredictable requiring the creative application of a wide range of technical and management skills. Vendor and supplier management Support countries in managing suppliers of outsourced services and work with suppliers to develop options for improving services Education Requirements University Degree or equivalent or specific relevant working experience ITIL fundamentals Experience Requirements 5 years experience in Information Technology industry with at least 4 years in an expert IT role Special Skills Requirements Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels using appropriate written and/or verbal methods including PowerPoint presentations. Able to chair meetings, workgroups and workshops and drive actions to completion.
