*Here is Job Description:* Change Management Business Analyst Denver CO 18 months+ **upon offer, candidates must complete a background check and drug test* **Must have : Change Management experience.* Responsibilities: - Works with Change Management lead to drive out tasks in the communication plan: Audience, the “what, when and how” and helps develop measures for communication effectiveness. - Collaborates with stakeholders to design future-state operational processes and determine impact to roles/responsibilities - Partners with third party vendors on the training plan based on future state process models and job impact assessment - Applies expertise in the analysis, documentation, training, operational readiness, and user support - Excellent communication skills – team members should be good listeners, facilitators and able to communicate the business change to people in all parts of the business. - Business influence – individuals should have credibility with employees (both below and above them) in the organization.
