Client will assist with your* Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite 11g* installation and configuration on your Production environment, running on a Linux V5 Virtual Machine (VM) High Availability (HA) environment. The services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, assistance with the following tasks: Conducting technical workshops to provide industry best practices around SOA Suite installation, configuration, optimization and tuning procedures and common troubleshooting techniques. Preparing the Production environment for the installation of *SOA Suite 11g. *Installation, configuration, optimization and tuning of *SOA Suite 11g.* Documentation of the SOA Suite 11g installation procedures. Support testing activities performed by Vertafore. Support Go-Live activities. Provide Post-Production support.
