Job Description:* The Scrum Master ensures compliance and understanding of the software development methodology amongst the team, Product Owner, Release Manager, departmental leads, and stakeholders. The Scrum Master develops and/or implements the selected agile software development process and monitors the team’s successful delivery of well engineered product releases. The Scrum Master provides thought leadership and process support, differentiating our competitive position while ensuring ongoing alignment with a client’s requirements.
