*Duration : 12+ Months* *Interview : Phone/Face to Face* * * *Requirements :* The Business Analyst's role is to strategically design and implement processes as part of a CRM system conversion ensuring the processes and data integrate well with the Foundation’s internal systems. This includes creating workflow processes, designing data schemas, building the look and feel of internal forms, perform systems analysis, and managing the quality and accuracy of the information. Additionally, this role is critical in communicating effectively with other departments executing on strategies and solutions with additional collaboration from solutions architects or IS management.
