Job Description:* Below are the details about the Kronos Application Analyst role I have available with Navistar in Lisle, IL. It is a contract to hire role looking for GC or USC only. Let me know if you have any questions and I'd be glad to help you ! *Job Description:* • At least 3+ years of proven functional experience in at least one of the following Kronos Modules (V6.0 to V6.3): Timekeeping, Attendance, Activities, and Leave. • 3+ years of experience in development, testing and implementation of applications utilizing Kronos Modules: Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Activities, and Leave. • Experience with integrating external systems with Kronos WIM and Connect. • Configures Timekeeping Payrules, Genies, Accruals, and WIM Links. • Document systems architecture and completes detail designs. • Experience with developing, executing and managing testing strategies including creation of test conditions, scripts and test cases. • Strong understanding of SQL and SQL Databases. • Proactively work with business units to understand and document business requirements. • Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications focusing on integrated and reusable solutions. • Proven track record of completing project tasks to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills often entailing diagnosing and resolving complex or unusual issues. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including strong presentation skills; prepares and presents effective and persuasive materials to medium and large diverse groups. *Secondary Skills* • Knowledge of development methodologies including working with an offshore model for development and support. • Develops a positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members, and is able to influence decisions at the business unit level. • Ability to both facilitate and actively participate in meetings with representatives from multiple businesses and/or IT units. • Demonstrates strong time management, organizational, & administrative skills. • Positive Attitude, Ethics and International Values which support our company’s values, and a healthy, high performance culture. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive execution of assigned tasks. *Position Purpose:* The Kronos Application Analyst (AA) designs, configures, tests, debugs, documents and maintains more complex Kronos applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. The AA helps define system and application designs and translates them from functional business requirements into technical specifications. The AA remains involved throughout a project’s lifecycle with a team of business analyst, system experts and development teams to ensure that project deliverables satisfy the goals and expectations of the business.
