Position -1 Title: Sr. Java Developers with SAP Portal Portals Location: PA Duration: 3-6 Months Rate: Open Project Description: This is a Java Development position where the candidate will be working with the clients Portal Center of Excellence. We need resources that are well versed in Java Development both in and out of the SAP Enterprise Portal environment. The candidate should be a senior level Java developer with at least 5 years of Java Development experience. The candidate needs to have experience developing custom Java components and par files on the SAP Portal platform which specifically made use of the standard portal apis and knowledge management apis. The candidate should be well versed in creating components on the SAP portal platform by combining the Java and portal/km api skillsets together and should be able to list detailed examples of how they have accomplished this in the past. We are also specifically looking for someone who can write event triggered portal services, which will lookup km repositories, update meta data on km documents in those repositories, and convert xml files into html via xsl. Another required service will utilize the km index management apis, for iView specific searches on meta data contained in targeted km repositories. We will also consider pure Java developers who are very strong Java developers provided they can demonstrate they have worked on enterprise level Java application implementations. They should have held Java development roles for last 5 years. It would also help if they were SUN Java Developer Certified. Other SUN Java certifications will also be considered in high regard. Desired Skill Sets: - At least 5 years of Java Development experience - At least 4 years of J2EE experience - At least 2 years of Java Development on the SAP Portal Platform - At least 2 years of experience in developing enterprise applications integrated with the SAP back-end system - Strong knowledge of portal APIs and knowledge management APIs - Strong knowledge of CAF GP, associated integration framework, UWL, and workflow - Cited examples of developing custom SAP Portal applications and integration to meet complex business requirements - Java certified a major plus - SAP portal developer / NetWeaver developer certified a plus The candidate should be able to drive business requirements and configure the system based upon those requirements. The candidate will also work closely with the Business and IS Community. Position 2: Job Title: SAP FI/SD Forms Consultant Start Date: ASAP Duration : 6-9 months Location : Seattle WA Job Description: Our client is looking for an SAP FI/SD Forms coordinator to work with the business to define the requirements for all forms. The consultant will need to coordinate the translation of all forms into English and work with the client's legal department, finance and sales departments for all necessary approvals. Seven years of SAP experience with FI and SD functional knowledge. Thorough understanding of data fields. Knowledge of ABAP a plus. Ability to develop functional and technical specifications for FI and SD forms. Must have command of the English language. Must be a team player and be able to work under tight timelines. Position 3: Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultants (2 Jobs) Start Date: ASAP Duration : 6-9 months Location : Seattle WA Job Description: Our client is looking for an SAP ABAP consultant to join their team to work on a Data Migration project. The client is migrating data from a home grown ERP system and a BAAN system to their US SAP system. The consultant should have experience in the translation of forms and reports for Mexico and Canada. Conversant in Spanish a plus. 6 plus years experience in ABAP with ERP 5.0 or 6.0. Experience with translation of forms and design of forms and reports for Mexico and Canada. Strong background in RICEF in ECC 6.0. Work closely with other internal and external IT resources. Must be team player. Experience working with remote team of business users and testers. Experience working with Data Migration Tools in addition to LSMW. Must follow the client's development standards and document work and perform knowledge transfer. Experience working with business to define requirements, business rules.
