Netcool expert(s) with outstanding technical knowledge of IBM Netcool suite
of products;
experience or exposure to Service Management/ITIL framework and concepts;
possess
integration with Remedy ARS, Service Desk, and Siebel tools skill sets;
experienced in
all aspects of systems implementation design and development in large-scale
complex
environments; must have the ability to manage the transition from existing
systems;
must be able to work with related systems and/or products, such as
Netcool/Cisco
Infocenter, Omnibus, precision, Impact, RAD, Webtop and Probes modules;
hands-on
experience with system management tools, such as Tivoli, netiq, Sun
Management
Console, Cisco Works, management testing components such as DWDM; experience
with standards protocols such as SNMP, TL1, TCP/IP; must have experience
with
Netcool product suite hosted on UNIX, Linux, Windows platforms; Netcool, CIC
administration experience desired. Netcool Certified Consultant (NCC)
required.
