This person will act as OC-RDC & *TMS* installation & configuration SME leading the QA & Production installs of OC-RDC & *TMS*, as well as the upgrade activities from 4.5.3 to *4.6*. *The Candidate is expected to: *- Provide in-depth technical knowledge of *Oracle* *Clinical* / RDC Onsite 4.5.3 / *TMS* *4.6* internals - Provide technical knowledge of NormLab2, Study Export/Import Utility, eLoader - Advise system team on best practices for installation and configuration of these applications - Share knowledge of application and infrastructure security risks, and advise on best practices to mitigate these risks - Develop an installation qualification for, and participate in the installation of, *Oracle* *Clinical* / RDC Onsite, *TMS*, NormLab2, Study Export/Import Utility, eLoader - Develop scripts or programs to install identified customizations (e.g., reference codelists, flexfields) - Advise on best practices for user administration of these applications (* Oracle* and Unix account creation) - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by end-users - Train support personnel in application internals and in troubleshooting techniques - Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; strong verbal and written communication skills; and ability to communicate with both business users and technical staff -- Deb Majumdar Recruiter * Please discuss the requirement with your consultants and then submit the resume.
