*3 months Contract to hire* * * *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* A minimum of *7 years of in-depth ERP Business Analyst experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS or HCM* (including some or all of the following modules: *Commitment Accounting –Distributions, Encumbrances, Department Budget, Interface to GL, and Human Resources, North American Payroll, Time and Labor, and Chartfield Setup*), with at least *2 years of experience in version 8.9 or greater at Educational or Government institutions*. Functional business analysis experience with *PeopleSoft Commitment Accounting Module and PeopleSoft HRMS or HCM version 8.9 or 9.0* is required. Higher Education experience with the *PeopleSoft Commitment Accounting module is preferable*. Expert knowledge of *PeopleSoft HRMS data structures, configuration and setup, and business processes within the application is required*. *Candidates shall demonstrate experience in the following:* Working with *business offices to gather requirements and map them to application designs and functional specifications* *Conducting fit-gap analysis b*etween requirements and delivered functionality to determine customization needs. Working directly with developers to ensure that development meets business requirements and performing quality assurance testing. Troubleshooting complex production problems and providing developers with direction for resolution. Commitment Accounting Implementation and Upgrade experience. Familiarity with *Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface, Application Engine) *is desired. Systems accounting experience is preferred, and *CPA is preferred*, but not required.
