*Location: **Austin**, TX*** *Start Date: **Immediate* *Duration: 6+ months ** * * No. Of Positions: **1* * * *Job Description* 5-7 + years job-related experience in design and development of computer systems and programs including proficiency in: - Remedy 6.x and 7.x AR System platforms - Core Remedy ITSM 7.x modules (Incident / Problem / Change / Asset)& AR system - Atrium CMDB 2.x working with Remedy in a Unix environment - Integrating the Remedy Action Request Systems with external vendor systems and/or databases - Good knowledge of Forms and Workflows - Understanding of how Forms translate to the database structures - Strong knowledge of reporting on Remedy data using Remedy/Crystal Reports tools - Knowledge of Remedy API and its function - Knowledge of a Scripting language like Perl and its ARS variant ARSPerl or knowledge writing programs using Java API - Strong SQL and Database knowledge - Experience installing/configuring/upgrading Remedy servers and clients. - Experience in upgrading to ARS And ITSM 7.x. - Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies. * -- Thanks and Regards, Vinaya Kumar Sr. Resourcing Specialist Systel Inc.
