*PeopleSoft Financial HR Functional* *Chicago, IL* *Duration: 4-5 months* *The Position: * This PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant position will support Finance related QA initiatives and ensure delivery of business applications that meet business needs and requirements. Applicant must have financial/accounting experience. This role will act in a Quality Assurance testing capacity. Applicant will create and execute test scripts based on requirements and technical documentation while resolving issues encountered. Applicant must be proficient with SQL queries in order to validate data. *PeopleSoft Finance:* Typical finance projects involved in this role will involve testing PeopleSoft Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Query and Reporting modules as part of enhancement or maintenance releases, or as required related to transformational projects. Prefer experience with Treasury Cash Management and Asset Management modules. Person will be responsible for learning proprietary/customized Finance applications. In addition to experience with PeopleSoft Financials, the ideal candidate would also have PeopleSoft Human Resource Management Systems experience. *PeopleSoft Human Resources:* Typical HR projects involved will include enhancements and maintenance releases to HRMS and Self-Service as well as other HR initiatives.
