Primarily, there needs to be expertise in virtualization technologies since my team can handle the Windows 2008 interfacing of this person’s work · Knowledge of *Source Code repository tool*- GIT Or at least familiarity with source control systems so they can learn GIT if they do not already know it · Should be well *connected with the Kernel/Linux community*. Should at least know how Linux kernel folks maintain the various branches at kernel.org/ staging area etc..
