Responsible in providing Business Intelligence solution to the global call
center operations 2 billion dollar business and giving cost/benefit to the
business year to year progressive for almost 15 Million USD.
- Involved in complete life cycle implementation of *SAP* BI / BO
- Involved in translating business process into business and technical
requirements
- Involved in extracting HR, FICO and COPA data from *SAP* R/3 to *SAP*BI.
- Enhanced Info Providers, Multi-Providers, Update Rules, Transfer
Rules, and Transformations.
- Involved in extracting data from ODS to Info cubes using Data Mart
interface.
- Created Data Transfer Packets DTP's.
- Created Data modeling – info cubes to house OLAP data from various
source systems.
- Developed flexible queries using filters, navigational attributes,
variables in BEx analyzer to Facilitate data analysis in a drill down or
summarized way to give detailed level of information.
- Design and configure BW queries and workbooks utilizing BEx
functionality.
- Created reports in WAD and BEx Query Designer.
- *Supported data load monitoring team.***
- Involved in scheduling Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Data Load and
escalating prioritized tickets regarding load failures.
- Design and configure BW queries and workbooks utilizing BEx

data to do campaigns and post campaigns analysis
- Wrote Stored procedures to do business transformation on data that were
extracted from various data sources
- Wrote SQL Loader script to do mass loading into *Oracle* tables
- Used Power Designer /Erwin to create Physical/Logical modeling for data
warehousing schema.
- Wrote SSIS packages to extract transform and load from different data
sources on a daily basis
