Being able to think outside the box and work with multiple personalities. Creating the bridge that connects business capability partners and the BI technical solution teams to build solid BI Solutions spaces. Strong collaborative skills to work across myriad stakeholder group to translate goals and objectives into technical plan to build solid Solution models. Comfortable and competent in developing internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and improve responsiveness. Success in designing and facilitating working sessions to transition business understanding and requirements into solid BI Solutions. Adaptability in the use of technical management skills including but not limited to project management, resource management, issue management, etc. Successfully understand and consume all forms of requirements from appropriate suppliers and sources (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical). Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months). Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment.
