*Informatica Admin* *Raleigh NC* *6 Months+ contract* Phone interviews only *Responsibilities: * · Install / Upgrade / Configure/Maintain PowerCenter 7.x/8.x instances on UNIX and Linux servers. · Interact with UNIX and Database Administrators to create and maintain each PowerCenter instance. · Configure Database and ODBC connectivity to various source/target databases. · Install / Configure PowerConnect for JMS /Web Services and others as required · Independently perform complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development · Manage and administer system performance including on-going optimization and tuning of Informatica environment Create and manage users, groups and folders. Ensure appropriate privileges are assigned to the different users. · Interact with end users to resolve issues with Informatica PowerCenter · Install / Upgrade / Configure/Maintain PowerCenter 7.x/8.x instances on UNIX and Linux servers. · Interact with UNIX and Database Administrators to create and maintain each PowerCenter instance. · Configure Database and ODBC connectivity to various source/target databases. · Install / Configure PowerConnect for JMS /Web Services and others as required · Independently perform complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development · Manage and administer system performance including on-going optimization and tuning of Informatica environment Create and manage users, groups and folders.
