Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to design, develop and implement applications or provide modifications/enhancements based on the systems development lifecycle. Must be able to simultaneously multi-task complex tasks to accomplish goals, able to work in fast paced environment as well as attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills as this will be a client facing role. This position will be interactive with colleagues and clients, so having a comfort level being client facing or previous consulting experience is preferred. The programmer will work with the users on requirements gathering as well as development. We’re essentially looking for a front-person to lead our development team.
