Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 Months *Note: The hiring manager is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The manager does not want to have to train/groom someone. Rather, they would like to have someone who could help us jump start the building of our Business Architecture area.* Skills: *An experienced Business Architect is needed to seed this team. The individual will provide leadership in: analyzing specific business unit or line of business activities and making recommendations regarding the projects that the business should undertake, in addition to relevant and timely modifications to the governance structure, business processes, and the structure of business information. This person will illustrate synergy and alignment (or lack thereof) between strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and other related key business and IT initiatives. The main focus of this person’s work includes the analysis of business drivers, operational model and processes, through the use of business analysis frameworks that connect different aspects of the enterprise together. The individual will work to develop an integrated view of the business unit in the context of the enterprise.
