At least 1 year experience: writing and supporting scripting languages (Perl, Kornshell) and XML supporting Microsoft SCCM, MSI Installer, and Windows XP Access Control packaging and/or deploying software to Unix/Linux platforms developing utilities/applications in JAVA *Must be able to:* troubleshoot and maneuver comfortably within the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, RH Linux, Solaris 8/10. communicate effectively verbally, in writing, by telephone and face to face. adapt to learning new specifications on products/platforms in an ever-changing environment. *Must have:* basic understanding of Unix/Linux File System Security. technical writing experience. *Must possess:* strong organizational, written, and prioritization skills. strong Customer Service skills.
