Job Title : Sr. Windows System Engineer
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 8+ months contract
Required Skills / Experience:
Windows Systems Administrator with strong AD and Exchange experience.
In this role, the Windows Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
Installation of Active Directory.
Active Directory Migration to Windows 2008.
Consolidation of Active Directory.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the
following:
Strong Windows Systems Administration.
Installation and migration of Active Directory (2008) in large
environments.
Microsoft Exchange Server.
Strong Enterprise Level Windows Administration Experience that includes a
combination of:
MS Server 2003 & 2008, Microsoft File-Server Clustering Design &
Management,
Kerberos & NTLM authentication, Encryption, Nested AD Security Groups, DNS,
WINS, Symantec AV for NetApp filers.
Troubleshooting, scheduling and validating data with the following
applications: Robocopy, Xcopy, Scriptlogic's Secure Copy, VB Scripts,
Shell Scripts.
PowerShell scripting a plus.
Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the
platforms.
Supporting and maintaining Windows Active Directory services consisting of
6 separate domains.
5 + years of managing a large scale (300 servers or more) Windows Server
environment (Windows 2003 Server required, Windows 2008 Preferred).
