Provide direct support to the PM's in set up and use of PM Toolkit (Microsoft Project Server and Sharepoint), for publishing and managing project schedules, issues log, and risk registers. Ensure PCP (Project Control Plan) compliance for each approved IT project in the AIM Program. Prepare the monthly PRT (Project Reporting Tool) and MYDP (Multi Year Deployment Plan) reports due to the MSD PMO. Skills and Skill Levels: Technical Skills and Experience: * Good understanding of the Shell PDF (Project Delivery Framework). * Knowledge of and experience with projects supporting the Downstream Manufacturing business. * PM Toolkit (Microsoft Project Server and Sharepoint) for publishing project schedule, issues log, and risk register. * Certified BA and/or Certified PMP. * Prior PMO experience a plus. * Prior experience with Shell Downstream Manufacturing a plus. * Prior SAP, FileNet, and/or EDMS experience a plus.
