The *Application Support Analyst* in Accounting Systems and Processes group will be responsible for managing a dynamic queue of support cases related to backoffice financial systems with an emphasis on Oracle eBusiness Suite. Working as a member of the Accounting Systems and Processes group, the analyst will be responsible for administering all aspects of the *Oracle eBusiness* solution and related integrations with *Salesforce.com, Hyperion, EssBase, Softrax* – Revenue Manager among others The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and experience *administering Oracle Financials*. He or she will have demonstrated experience in managing support processes and resolving complex functional cases, with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate will also have proven expertise in building efficient business processes that improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate controls within a *Sarbanes-Oxley compliant business environment.* Required Skills/Experience: 4+ years experience *administering *and *supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite*and related integrations, with emphasis on the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Purchasing and System Administrator Modules. - Experience supporting ADI - Ability to use Oracle SQL plus, TOAD to analyze the underlying data in the table - Experience in administering and supporting Hyperian - Familiarity with the Order to Cash business process lifecycle, Sales, CRM and Customer Support business lifecycle including Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Cases and automated workflow - Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Processes. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute efficient business processes and methodologies - Strong analytical skills and functional troubleshooting skills - Proven ability in relationship management building productive partnerships with customers and IT. - Ability to juggle multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize and deliver results in the face of competing business interests - Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment - Bachelors degree in Finance or computer science.
