Supplier will provide services on a time and expenses basis for approximately 180 hours beginning on or about October 1, 2009, in order to fulfill the objectives of providing planning, preparation and migration to the R2 environment to the Customer as HP's Supplier for the Project. The Project location is at the HP site in Colorado Springs, CO. *Supplier will migrate two 3-node Oracle 10G Real Application Cluster (RAC) instances from Tru64 to HPUX*. The database will remain on an Oracle 10g, once migrated to HPUX, and there are no application or database Data Definition Language (DDL) changes happening during the migration. The Oracle FBBA database is approximately 1.2 Terabytes in size and generates an average daily redo log volume of 70Gig. The GLOBL database is approximately 62Gig in size and produces an average daily redo log volume of 350Meg. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Phase 1 - Planning & Preparation High-level architectural overview of the migration 2. Phase 2 - Pilot Migration in the R2 environment Configure the GoldenGate TDM solution on the Customers test or pre-production servers 3. Phase 3 - Production Migration Provide production migration assistance Technical personnel qualified to provide the migration planning, testing, and execution in order to migrate the Oracle RAC databases from the clients TRU64 operating system platform to the HPUX operating system platform. " Personnel should possess the appropriate deep technical knowledge of the GoldenGate and Oracle applications along with the deep technical knowledge of the Tru64 and HPUX operating systems. " Appropriate deep technical knowledge of GoldenGate product installation, troubleshooting and tuning required to successfully complete the migration.
