We have an immediate long-term consulting opportunity for a Business Analyst
with a top financial services firm in the Global Wealth Management division.

*Job Description*

Business Analyst is a member of the Operations division and performs a
variety of business analysis and project management tasks. The candidate
will play a lead role on one or more strategic projects at the same time.
Specific assignments will depend on the size and complexity of the project
and will required experience with some of the following areas:

   - Operations, Cash Management, Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, Project
   Management
   - Multiple work-streams
   - Web capabilities a plus


   - Driving the requirements gathering process, including identifying key
   business and other contacts, working with users to define scope of project,
   scheduling and running requirements gathering sessions, prioritizing topics,
   scheduling meetings, keeping meetings on track and productive


   - Eliciting requirements from business users and creating detailed
   functional requirements documents
   - Proactively identifying and managing issues to full resolution
   - Creating and maintaining detailed project plans for team members and
   summary project plans or presentations for stakeholders
   - Provide status updates on progress
   - Managing project tasks, phases, or workstreams to closure
   - The role requires credibility and confidence interacting with senior
   management, business unit and operations personnel

 *Skills Required   *


   - Hands-on experience performing detailed business analysis and
   requirements specifications
   - Experienced business analyst with financial services; preferably retail
   brokerage
   - Excellent written/oral communication skills and listening skills
   - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio,
   Project, PowerPoint
   - Ability to be a self starter and lead ad-hoc deliverables associated
   with the JV efforts
   - Key focus on execution and ability to multitask; work under tight
   deadlines while delivering a quality work product
   - Strong business judgment and communication
   - Ability to shape and drive key aspects under the larger JV umbrella
