Description Working with client resources through the Planning and Analysis phases for the integration of several Medical Systems. Will on multiple projects with potential dependancies to other systems. Supports the business analysts specifically with the high-level field mappings which will serve as high-level data mapping documents for the off-shore team. Reqiures working with architecture and shared services team to create shared deliverables. Work is to be performed on site with our clients, and depending on candidate location this position may require travel up to 80%, typically weekly, Monday Thursday. " Minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical R&D experience Experience working in a distributed on/off shore environment a plus Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated technical requirements gathering and technical mapping documentation experience. Experience specifically in data migration, archival or post merger integration requirements gathering a plus. Experience working on global projects, specifically software implementations Experience operating in a validated environment Ability to work in an IT oriented environment with a clear understanding of the business drivers, supporting business processes, and organizational impacts and dynamics Strong executive presence and client building / influencing skills Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent business acumen, leadership and management skills Knowledge of Medical Systems a plus including systems such as Document Publishing Systems, Medical Information Systems including Call Center type applications and related systems" -- Please do contact and Reply on at 732-877-4404 for immediate response.
