*Duration: 1 year* * * *Rate: Lower the better* Very Strong experience and in-depth knowledge of installing, administering and maintaining SuSe or RedHat Linux servers. • Five years experience in a Web based environment, IBM Websphere • Install and administer various server applications such as application servers (WAS), portal (IBM Portal) and ID Management (TIM) • Experience in deploying web based application in a clustering environment • Experience with installing open source software on linux systems, such as apache, heartbeat. • Experience in monitoring the performance of the server based hardware and software. Ability to generate reports and troubleshoot system performance • Create and follow through on change control for any modifications to the agency’s software or hardware infrastructure • Familiarity with HP servers. Ability to install Linux OS and updating all the firmware needed to bring the server up to spec.
