Understanding what the client is looking for. Sourcing the best talent matched profiles. Screening of the consultants. Judging their capabilities with the clients job specifications. Negotiating the rate with the Consultants and their employers to bring the maximum benefits to the organization. Submitting the selected candidates on time to the clients. Following up with the clients regarding the submissions.
