3 month contract to hire and the requirement is below:
· Experience in utility industry specifically experience with
implementing CRM 6.0 for a company with backend ISU-ECC
· Experience integrating, implementing and configuring CRM 6.0 in a
call center environment to handle customer service
· Technical expertise with the IC Web Client specific to
troubleshooting replication issues, BOL Structures, and tapping into BOL
structures for screen enhancements
· Experience designing interactive scripts for call centers to
handle calls, collect information and trigger subsequent transactions in
back office after collecting this information
