*End: December 2010* *Location: Irving, TX* • Develop and maintain Database systems on SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. • Backup and restore large databases and files (100GB+). • Create T-SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, functions. • Analyze and develop advanced DTS, SSIS packages. • Creating database Import/Export procedures by using Enterprise Manager in 2000 and using tools provided by SQL Server 2008 and writing scripts as needed. • Strong Web applications developmental skills using Microsoft .NET environment (Visual Studio 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2008). • Document software components designed and developed. • File server / ETL management • Proactively perform health check on the DB server to minimize exceptions during business hours. Requirements: • Strong SQL Server skills DBA skills as described in Job description and must include development of T-SQL stored procedures, DTS, SSIS, SSRS, etc. • Sound knowledge of Backup and Recovery of application databases including msdb, master etc • Database Server monitoring skills and proactively identifying issues with databases. • Monitor and manage log file sizes as well as the database sizes to minimize the disk space waste. • Good knowledge of file feed management and archiving. • Good knowledge of file transfer methods such as secured FTP. • Attention to details. • Excellent Microsoft .NET (C#/ASP.NET) skills for development of web applications, web services, web controls etc. • Practical knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 and XP operating system and Networking. • Clear understanding of the .NET’s and SQL Server’s architecture and its coding standards. • Must have good documentation disciplines. • Fast paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -- Thanks & Regards Naveen Maripax LLC E-Mail: [email protected] URL: www.maripax.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP FI/CO FUNCTIONAL" group.
