Job Description
Configuration Management Team member
• Responsible for source code migration / promotion
• Liaison with System admin groups (DBA, UNIX Admin etc. ), to ensure that
the requirements from the App Dev team can be communicated in a timely and
complete fashion to the System Admin Groups
Requisite Skills
• Decent UNIX admin knowledge – need not be an expert
• Knowledge about Storage management systems
• DBA Assistance – need not be an expert in any of them but have adequate
knowledge
• Websphere, Tomcat, Apache – experience / knowledge working on these from
an Admin perspective
• Server admin tools type of activities
