MIS Reporting Analyst
The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for the generation, analysis and
support of MIS reports that will help identify trends, issues or problems
that may impact service level performance. The role will work with
multiple reporting programs including, but not limited to, Oracle/Hyperion,
Crystal Reports, SQL, or SQL Server Reporting Services for the execution of
database queries, management reports and dashboards.
*Job Requirements*
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Minimum of Associates degree and 2 years call experience
Advanced knowledge of SQL
2+ years experience with database query and reporting tools ;
experience with Hyperion and/or SSRS preferred
Knowledge of data validation
Strong customer relationship, organizational and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
Produce and analyze management and performance reports
Develop and design new reports
Modify/update existing reports
Provide support and assistance for managed reporting services to
business units
Develop ad-hoc reports as required
Publish reports in multiple formats
Identify errors in data
