Responsibilities

.         Provides 1.5 through 3rd Tier support and coordinates timely
resolution of problems related to Hosted Virtual Desktops (HVD). 

.         Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of HVD items and
enterprise applications used at the desktop. 

.         Responds to calls and/or trouble tickets to install, maintain and
upgrade a variety of operating systems and/or applications, internet browser
software, and other PC software products, and/or enterprise applications as
used at the HVD. 

.         Manages and prioritizes workload in a way that provides end-to-end
support within time and quality standards. 

.         Demonstrates technical problem analysis and problem solving skills
with PC software. Proficient in current PC desktop applications, operating
systems and peripheral configuration. 

.         Involves consulting with clients, software vendors, and multiple
ITO support groups within AT&T. Perform system administration, system
tuning, problem analysis and software upgrades. 

.         Develop and maintain policies, documentation and procedures to
ensure that HVD sessions are properly maintained and operated.
