Title : Configuration Management
Project location- EI Sequndo, CA
Duration – 6 Month
Job requirements:
We are seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Consultant for an
approximate 6 month contract position with our direct client located in El
Segundo, CA.
6 months contract
Pay is $45/hr
We are looking for a seasoned consultant who possesses knowledge of the CM
industry disciplines and best practices, and can "hit the ground running".
Consultant will be responsible for performing software releases and builds
on a daily basis. CM Consultant is responsible for keeping track of the
source code, documentation, problems, changes requested, changes made, etc.
Required skills include:
· Strong programming skills, with the ability to learn new languages
quickly
· Self-motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills
· J2EE application installation experience
· Jboss
· Linux (Redhat, Fedora)
· Apache (Ant, Ivy, Maven)
· CVS, SVN (Subversion)
Desired skills -
Jira or cruise control
